   5. Pricing & Payments
   Outright purchases require full payment. PAYG customers pay installments and gain ownership after full payment.

   6. Credit Assessment
   PAYG customers may undergo credit or eligibility assessments.

   7. Delivery & Installation
   Delivery timelines vary by location. Installation may be provided.

   8. Use of Product
   Customers must not tamper with devices or PAYG systems.

   9. Maintenance & Warranty
   Products include a limited warranty subject to proper usage.

   10. Returns & Cancellations
   Returns are subject to agreement terms and inspection.

   11. Data Protection & Privacy
   Personal data is processed in line with NDPR and the Privacy Policy.

   12. Limitation of Liability
   Liability is limited to the amount paid, to the extent permitted by law.
